Wedding: Neverland
When asked to do a Peter Pan themed wedding for fun, I couldn't decide which direction to go with it. I went from the direction of Tinkerbell is in love with Peter. As a young girl, I can only imagine that she already has her wedding with Peter all planned out. So I dove into the brain of Tinkerbell, and this is the wedding I think she would love to have.

Wedding: Strawberry Fields Forever
I got a request for a London themed wedding, but as I was trying to create it, it was just too boring. So I had to add a Glitter twist to it!

Wedding: Curiouser and Curiouser...
So after seeing Alice in Wonderland a few nights ago, I was asked if I'm going to make an Alice in Wonderland wedding. Although I've done a 'tea party' as my very very very first post, I figured I should do one which is slightly more wedding themed! So here it is!!!
Make sure you check out my Mad Hatter Tea Party inspiration as well as my Tim Burton inspired wedding!

Wedding: Princess and the Frog
I have finally finished this one! I have been working on this one for quite some time, but was having trouble finding some design aspects that would make it distinctly "New Orleans" and not just a Purple and Green wedding! But, finally figured it out!
Wedding: And so the lion fell in love with the lamb...
So this is one, that I've been working on for weeks. I just couldn't finish it. I don't know, who other then two eloping 16 year olds, would have a wedding which is Twilight themed, but as long as you don't tell your family the inspiration, I think it could be a beautiful 'woodsy' meets 'gothic' wedding.
You got to have it in a big forest, and you definitely need your first dance in a twinkle-light decorated gazebo!

Wedding: Breakfast at Tiffany's
The one extra detail I can think of that is different then most weddings that would go hand in hand with this wedding, is a brunch reception!

Wedding: P.S. I will always love you
For those whose love is deeper then anything, I've created a P.S. I Love You wedding. It's basically a St. Patrick's Day/Irish wedding, however, I've thought of a few twists that you can add.
First of all, host it outside, in a green field, forest, garden...or in Ireland.
The letters of love are what kept Holly going throughout the movie. This wedding could be on the smaller side, and instead of generic invitations for everyone. Sit down, and hand write an invitation to all of your guests. Include memories or whatever you would like to include to let them know how much they mean to you and how much you would like them to be with you on this special day.
Thirdly, one of the first things Gerry asked Holly to do, was karaoke! Host a karaoke party at a local pub for you and your wedding party!

"One persons craziness, is another persons reality." - Tim Burton
In celebration of Tim Burton's newest film "Alice in Wonderland", I thought I would do a Tim Burton inspired event. Now, since I've already done a "Mad Hatter Tea Party" event recently, I figured I will do an event inspired by the Director himself. Note: The invitation I used is actually Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz's 'Save the Date', which you can see below.

Wedding: If you're a bird, I'm a bird too!
Wedding: Birds of Paradise
Birds of Paradise is my favourite flower! So I've created a tropical wedding and an ode to my favourite flower! Enjoy!
Disney Events: Kiss the Girl
Royalty meets the Ocean is the inspiration for this Little Mermaid themed wedding. It very easily could be a navy wedding, or an ocean wedding...but the one thing that makes it special...is an engraved fork with you and your husbands name as the wedding favour. A dinglehopper for every guest!
Disney Events: Maleficent
Disney Events: Tale as old as time...
Here is an idea for a Beauty and the Beast themed wedding! I'm having so much fun doing these!
So lots of yellows & creams, lots of candles and candelabras, and of course...lots of roses! Another cool thing I found was vintage book wedding invitations. Very classy, and keeping up with the theme because of Belle's love for books!

Wedding: There's no place like home...
I love the Wizard of Oz, not enough to have an Oz themed wedding...but I know there is a market for this out there!
You have to take a combo of Kansas and Oz to make it truly a Wizard of Oz themed wedding.
You have to incorporate the blue gingham, maybe a yellow brick road down your wedding aisle, red poppies, rainbows, lollipops and of course, the ruby slippers.

Is this real life?
As if this exists. Amazing. It's as if my brain...is named Kristie Kelly...and in my sleep...it's created it's own bridal fashion line.

Disney Events: And they lived happily ever after!
A Cinderella Wedding is a theme that is not often taken, due to the fact that it is so cliche...however...I feel it is not cliche, because of the fact that it is so rarely done. Almost every wedding you're going to attend....will be white...and an accent colour. Yawn.
So if this theme suits you, like it does me....I say go for it!!!
Disney Events: Care for some Tea?
So this event, is clearly inspired by Alice in Wonderland, and the Mad Hatter Tea Party scene. I picture it as a Wedding Shower, a nice twist on tacky wedding showers. You've got a bunch of women together, why not have a tea party, with a twist.
This would work best for a summer party, in which you could hold in a nice garden, or forested area. You could go to the dollar store or craft store, and if you're creative enough...you could paint a bunch of tea cups for your guests in fun colours, and have them as a party favour.
Crazy cakes and squares can be made available, and the colour scheme can just be crazy!
Also, a fun extra activity, get a bunch of plastic flamingos, and set up a croquet court for your attendees.
